These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SynergizeX Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("SynergizeX", "we", "us"), and govern your use of SynergizeX Reach (the "Service"), available at synergizexreach.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Reach is a software service that connects an AI assistant you already use (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok) to your own LinkedIn account, so that your assistant can help you read and send messages, publish and schedule posts, and run searches on your behalf. You provide and control both your LinkedIn account and your AI assistant; Reach is the bridge between them.
We are not LinkedIn. SynergizeX Reach is not made by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn or Microsoft in any way. LinkedIn is a trademark of its owner. Reach helps you work with your own LinkedIn account.
2. Eligibility and what you need
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You need your own LinkedIn account and your own paid AI assistant that supports connectors (for example, ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, or an equivalent). Those subscriptions are separate from Reach and are your responsibility.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You are solely responsible for everything done through your account, including every message and post sent on your behalf. You agree that you will not use the Service to:
- send spam, or send unsolicited messages in violation of anti-spam laws that apply to you, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the United States CAN-SPAM Act;
- harass, threaten, deceive, defraud, or impersonate any person;
- violate LinkedIn's User Agreement or any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights; or
- attempt to interfere with, bypass, or disable the Service's safety limits or security.
Because Reach acts as a private bridge to your own account, we do not read or monitor the content of your messages, and we cannot and do not review what you send. Compliance is your responsibility. We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
4. Safety limits
The Service enforces built-in limits on how much activity it will perform in a given period, designed to keep your account working at a careful, human pace and in good standing. These limits are part of the Service and cannot be raised, removed, or overridden by you, by your AI assistant, or by us on request. When a limit is reached, the Service pauses the affected activity and explains why.
5. Dependence on third parties; changes and interruptions
The Service relies on third parties, including LinkedIn, your AI assistant's provider, and connectivity providers, none of which we control. Their systems, policies, or availability may change at any time, which may affect or interrupt the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
If LinkedIn ever requires the Service to stop, or disconnects the access Reach depends on, we will suspend or end all affected subscriptions promptly and take no further payment. You acknowledge and accept this risk as a condition of using the Service.
6. Billing, trials, and cancellation
- Reach is a monthly subscription of US$65.00 per month, plus any applicable taxes.
- New accounts begin with a free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial to confirm you are a real person; you are not charged during the trial, and no subscription begins, unless you explicitly choose to continue. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends and no charge is made.
- When you choose to continue, your subscription begins and your card is charged the monthly fee, then monthly thereafter until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the paid month already in progress. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
7. No refunds
Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable, including for partial months and including if the Service is suspended or ended because LinkedIn requires it. Full details are in our Refunds & Cancellation policy, which is part of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will keep any account free from restriction by LinkedIn.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SynergizeX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for any restriction, suspension, or loss of any LinkedIn or other account. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SynergizeX from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, the content you send through it, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
