This Privacy Policy explains how SynergizeX Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("SynergizeX", "we", "us") handles information in connection with SynergizeX Reach (the "Service"). We built the Service to hold as little of your information as possible.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, an optional company name, and a securely hashed version of your password.
- Your LinkedIn connection — when you connect LinkedIn, the connection is created and held through our infrastructure provider. We store an identifier for the connected account so the Service can act on your behalf. We do not receive or store your LinkedIn password.
- Working data — content you ask the Service to hold in order to do its job, such as posts you schedule (including any images), your saved preferences, and referrals you make.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We receive a payment record and subscription status from Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data — a session cookie to keep you signed in, and ordinary server logs used to operate and secure the Service.
What we do not store. The Service passes your LinkedIn messages and activity through to your AI assistant; it does not keep your LinkedIn conversations or your contacts. Your conversations with your AI assistant happen between you and that AI's provider and are not stored by us.
How we use information
- to operate, maintain, and secure the Service and act on your instructions;
- to process your subscription and send you service and account messages, including trial and billing reminders;
- to provide customer support; and
- to maintain and improve the quality, reliability, and safety of the Service.
Service providers we use
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Our communications infrastructure provider — to connect the Service to your LinkedIn account on your behalf.
- Your AI assistant's provider — you connect this yourself; your instructions and the data your assistant requests flow through it under that provider's own terms.
- Email delivery — to send account, trial, and billing notifications.
- If you contact support and choose to share screenshots, an AI support provider may process them to help answer you.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. If your account is closed, we delete or de-identify your personal information and remove your saved payment method within approximately 60 days, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.
Security
We store credentials only in hashed form, restrict access to production systems, transmit data over encrypted connections, and back up data regularly. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we hold in the first place.
Your choices and rights
You may access or update your account information, ask us to delete information we hold about you, and remove saved preferences at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as PIPEDA, the GDPR, or the CCPA. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
Children
The Service is for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date above when we do, and notify you of material changes where appropriate.
