This policy explains how billing, trials, cancellation, and refunds work for SynergizeX Reach, operated by SynergizeX Inc., a Wyoming corporation. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Your free trial
New accounts start with a free trial. We ask for a valid payment card to begin the trial, to confirm you are a real person — this keeps free trials available for genuine users.
You are charged $0.00 to start, and nothing is scheduled to charge automatically. No subscription exists during the trial. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends and no charge is ever made. You are only charged if you explicitly choose to continue.
Starting your subscription
When you choose to continue — from your dashboard, from a reminder we send, or by telling your connected AI — your subscription begins at US$65.00 per month (plus any applicable tax), charged to your card that day and monthly thereafter until you cancel.
Cancelling
- You may cancel at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing reach@synergize-x.com.
- When you cancel, your subscription does not renew again. Your access continues until the end of the monthly period you have already paid for, and then stops.
- There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
Refunds
Except where required by law:
- Payments are non-refundable, including for partial or unused portions of a monthly period. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, in place of a refund.
- If your subscription is suspended or ended because LinkedIn requires the Service to stop, or disconnects the access the Service depends on, we will take no further payment, but amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded. You accept this risk as a condition of using the Service, and it is disclosed to you before you subscribe.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will pause the Service and let you know. Updating your card restores the Service. If it remains unpaid, the subscription ends and the connected LinkedIn access is released.
